Some other clothing brands offer free returns and shipping. A few of you have asked why we don’t so we would like to explain.
Simply, there is no such thing as free shipping. You either pay for it in the garment price, or you pay for it separately.
We prefer to keep the garment costs as low as possible and charge for shipping and returns separately, that way everyone pays for what they use. If you never return things why should you pay more to cover the cost of these who might return more frequently. It’s about fairness and transparency.
If we offered free shipping and returns, we would have to raise the price of every garment we sell by between 5% to 10%. So whilst we know that some of you can get annoyed at paying for shipping or returns, we’d argue that it’s more annoying to know you’re paying for things you don’t use.
